The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The place was clean.- My room included climate control and a fully opening window.- The beds were big, as were the pillows.- The hotel was in a central setting not far from the town centre and transport.

Overall relaxing stay for a business trip. Our favourite, low-budget hotel in Dumfries with welcoming and pleasant staff. Marvellous and peaceful location, 5 minutes' walk to Dock Park. And right by all the Burns locations and Dumfries.

I had a great time staying at this cozy little spot with a central location close to the town center and was pleasantly surprised by the nearby shop, Harrietts, which offered a variety of goodies and drinks.

The shower holder was broken, resulting in water going everywhere. The internet connection was intermittent and had a weak signal, which was frustrating for longer use.

This place is conveniently located near the town center, train station, and other attractions in the area. The Peter Pan Moat Brae Trust is also located nearby, making it a great option for families. I had a peaceful and enjoyable experience here.

The rooms were spotless and the free Wi-Fi was a huge plus. The guest house is conveniently located near a local pub that served supper until 11pm. It's also a short distance from a lovely place called Deliziose, where I enjoyed some delicious desserts.
